Mark III Employee Benefits is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Back as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective January 1, 2026.
Kim joined Mark III in June 2024 as a Political Consultant and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience serving large and mid-sized school districts. She also holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Policy from Georgia State University and has dedicated her career to helping organizations improve performance through strategic leadership, professional learning, and human resources excellence.
In her new role as COO, Kim will oversee operational initiatives, internal processes, organizational development, and reporting systems. Her expertise in organizational structures and talent development will play a critical role as Mark III continues to enhance efficiency, strengthen infrastructure, and support long-term growth.
